A SOLID FOUNDATION
Hans Siverts established Siverts Sales in Phoenix in 1974. Ron Groves established Ronald D. Groves Company in Tempe in 1986. The two companies were successfully merged in 1993, hence Groves & Siverts located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Salespeople are kept current of all customer sales figures and carry a complete and up-to-date contact phone and address listing.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
We track all customer purchases with our proprietary EZRep software for Manufacturers' Representatives. All salespeople have current sales figures and comparisons to previous years.

We utilize ACT! for contact management.

We also maintain an extensive installer and fleet database using ACT!.

We maintain an organized library of catalogs and price sheets.

Of course, our office has automated voice mail, fax and e-mail capabilities.
